Where are the server hosted?
They are hosted at the HostNOC datacenter, Scranton, PA.
How long does it take to get my server set up?
Generally it may take 24 - 72 hours. However, it may go up to a week depending on availability of hardwares.
Do you accept IRC/IRCD/BOTS?
Sorry but all illegal activities are not allowed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal and AlertPay (Credit Card). More payment methods may be introduced in the future.
Do you have a test IP?
Yes, it is 66.96.192.225. You can do a ping/traceroute test through HostNOC's IP, which is where your server will be located.

I would like to know more information about the 10 MBPS Unmetered Upgrade.
Sure. Each 10MBPS UNMETERED server is connected to a Full-Duplex 10MBPS switch port, which is connected to a bandwidth pool shared by all 10MBPS UNMETERED clientele. 10MBPS UNMETERED servers on average can transfer between 2000GB-3000GB per month in both outbound and inbound directions. The 10MBPS bandwidth allocation is not guaranteed/dedicated, and is supplied on a "best-effort" basis---which may result in some slowdowns during peak traffic times. NO OVERAGE FEES REGARDLESS OF USAGE.
What about support?
Support are handled by us as well as the NOC. You can submit tickets at both helpdesks.
Note: We are very strict in terms of SPAM rulings. If there are more than one unresolved abuse alert about a particular server, the server will be suspended and an activation charge of $ 100.00 applies to reactivate it.
